• What you’re buying. A digital product: a PDF guide and, optionally, a set of printable PDFs. Delivery is instant, through Gumroad.
• What it is for. Education. The guide is written for dogs who have already been examined by a veterinarian; it helps you add low-risk, non-medical structure at home after that all-clear. It contains no medical content, it is not veterinary advice, and it makes no promises about outcomes for any particular dog. See the full disclaimer.
• Personal use. Your purchase is for your household. Print the log pages as many times as you like for your own dog. Please don’t redistribute or resell the files.
• Refunds. 30 days, no questions — the refund policy is short and means it.
• Checkout. Payments are processed by Gumroad as merchant of record; Gumroad’s terms apply to the transaction itself.
• If something here is wrong. Tell us: support@tailwise.com. Corrections make the product better for the next worried owner.
