Refund policy

If the guide doesn’t help you, you can have your money back — within 30 days of purchase, for the guide, the 30-Day Enrichment Deck, or both.

How: reply to your Gumroad receipt email, or write to support@tailwise.com from the email you bought with. No forms and no questions — though if you want to tell us what fell short, we read every note.

Checkout and payments are handled by Gumroad as merchant of record; refunds are issued through Gumroad to your original payment method.

One honest caveat: a refund policy is not an outcome policy. This guide promises a clear process — observation, a prepared vet visit, a structured fourteen days — and never a particular result for a particular dog. If what you need is a promise about your dog, no PDF should be selling you one.
